This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on www.zenaurastudio.com.

Processing Time

All orders are hand-poured and packed in small batches.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Processing times may be longer during holidays or new collection launches.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout and may vary based on destination and order size.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 business days for most U.S. addresses.
These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and seasonal volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Zenaural™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number, then reach out to us at hello@zenaurastudio.com if additional help is needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you realize there is an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve U.S.-based customers. If international shipping becomes available, applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping of Candles

Candles may be sensitive to extreme heat or cold. During warm seasons, please bring packages indoors promptly after delivery to protect your candles.
